The Association of Lowland Search and Rescue (ALSAR) is a charitable organisation dedicated to assisting the emergency services in the search for missing persons. ALSAR's national role is to coordinate adequate arrangements for Search & Rescue services in the Lowland areas of the United Kingdom.
ALSAR is a member of the UKSAR Operators Group and are reciprocal associate members of Mountain Rescue England & Wales.
